Full-time Graphic and Presentation Designer | Bangladesh

Job Summary

In association with Apsis Solutions Ltd. we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Presentation Designer to join our clients Creative Services team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in graphic design, presentation design, and visual storytelling. The selected candidate will work closely with the Graphic Design & Illustration team, eLearning Development team, and other internal stakeholders to create impactful visual content across digital, print, presentation, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, possess a strong aesthetic sense, and be eager to continuously learn new tools and technologies. They should be adaptable, creative, and committed to producing high-quality work while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Training on relevant tools and platforms will be provided as needed to support multimedia development initiatives and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client and project briefs to transform ideas into compelling visual solutions. 
• Design high-quality graphics for both print and digital media, including social media content, marketing and promotional materials, brochures, reports, publications, banners, standees, billboards, event materials, icons, infographics, and branding assets. 
• Develop vector and raster graphics optimized for various platforms and output formats. 
• Create visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences. 
• Design presentation templates, custom layouts, infographics, diagrams, and other visual storytelling elements. 
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint features such as Slide Master, Morph transitions, advanced animations, and interactive elements to enhance presentation effectiveness. 
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while maintaining creativity, visual impact, and professional standards. 
• Apply strong principles of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory to all design outputs. 
• Prepare print-ready and presentation-ready files with appropriate specifications and quality standards. 
• Ensure all graphics and presentations are visually appealing, audience-focused, easy to navigate, and aligned with organizational branding and communication objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of design materials while maintaining high quality.
• Communicate with clients when needed to clarify objectives or align design direction.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a relevant field from a reputable institution. 
• Applicants from other fields can apply if they can present a strong portfolio and relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and presentation design, or a similar creative role. 
• Must have a portfolio showcasing their best work (graphics, illustrations, presentations, branding pieces, etc.). Portfolio link must be included in the CV.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with a proven ability to create clean, modern, and professional corporate presentations. Must be able to use PowerPoint’s advanced features e.g. 
• slide master, advanced animation using Morph, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Bengali and English.
• A thirst for learning and proving themselves. The applicant must have a mindset to learn new tools and skills and deliver.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Clear understanding of layout and composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory, and have a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Participation in extra‑curricular activities, creative competitions, clubs, or community projects will be considered an advantage.
• Positive attitude, collaboration skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
