Presentation Designer / Finished Artist | Philippines

The Presentation Designer / PowerPoint Specialist should be accountable for turning approved content, briefs and source material into clear, polished and production-ready presentations and documents. The role is focused on presentation execution and visual communication, not campaign strategy or original creative platform development.

The preferred profile is strong experience in PowerPoint presentation design and document production, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva and visual communication principles. Experience applying corporate templates and visual identity systems in a high-volume environment is required. Adobe Creative Suite capability is desirable.

As an Presentation Designer, you will:

• Creating and refining PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, executive documents, reports, one-pagers, workshop materials and sales enablement assets (RFP).
• Applying the approved Optus Default PowerPoint theme, Offshore Pack, layouts, fonts, colours, components and visual identity consistently.
• Designing clear charts, tables, diagrams, infographics and data-led slides from supplied content and data.
• Maintaining editable PowerPoint and Canva files, including approved layouts, templates and reusable components.
• Adapting presentations for different audiences, channels and meeting requirements without changing approved messaging.
• Applying accurate copy, product, offer, legal and audience variations across presentation versions.
• Checking layout, hierarchy, alignment, spacing, legibility, accessibility and presentation flow.
• Preparing final presentation files, PDFs, editable source files and production notes in line with agreed conventions.
• Managing consolidated feedback and delivering within agreed timelines.
• Escalating requests that require new messaging, strategic content development, original campaign concepts or material changes to the approved visual direction.

What You Need

Non-negotiables :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in presentation design, document production or corporate communications design.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout and information design principles.
• Experience working within corporate brand guidelines and template libraries.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience desirable.
