About the Role

This is a specialist role for a deeply experienced Presentation Designer who considers world-class slide and document craft their primary discipline. You will sit at the intersection of design quality and AI capability, using your expert eye to create, critique, and brief presentation work that sets a high bar for what AI-generated design can achieve. Your taste directly shapes the output quality of a product used across the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Build world-class presentations natively in PowerPoint from scratch, applying strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Review and critique existing slide decks, identifying weaknesses and defining clear paths to improvement.
• Write structured creative briefs used to generate and iterate on presentations and documents with AI models.
• Evaluate successive design iterations produced by AI, providing precise, actionable feedback.
• Apply expert judgment across information design formats including infographics, diagrams, charts, and imagery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 or more years of professional experience with presentation and office document design as your primary discipline, not an occasional responsibility.
• 3 or more years working within brand agencies, design studios, or corporate consulting environments producing presentation decks, information design, or editorial work.
• Advanced, demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; a portfolio with verifiable work samples is required.
• Mastery of layout, grid systems, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and composition.
• Experience selecting and implementing visual formats such as diagrams, tables, charts, and infographics for information clarity.
• Strong signal of brand or advertising experience in prior work and portfolio.
• Experience interpreting or developing creative briefs for design projects.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with complementary tools such as Figma, Canva, or Google Slides is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 USD annually. No visa sponsorship is available.

This role is fully remote. The primary base is San Francisco, United States.
